Due to an impactful and personal experience with loss during my earlier college years, I was inspired to dedicate my career to helping others navigate their own challenges, and to use their own losses for service. I have a passion in helping my clients achieve the very best version of themselves. With a rich background in education and counseling, I am committed to guiding adolescents and individuals toward healthier, more fulfilling lives, leveraging their experiences to offer both empathy and heartfelt solutions.

With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I strive to empower clients towards healthy boundaries and manage stress effectively by strengthening their coping mechanisms, all the while, building up a healthy sense of self. I also have my therapy dog, GumBeaux who assist in therapy as well.

I work with a broad range of clients, starting at age 13 and up. I offer a flexible schedule to accommodate those with busy workloads and provide both virtual and in-person sessions. I would love to connect and offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss how I can best support you.
