I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, addictions, and other personal struggles. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I am here to support you at your own pace. The relationship between therapist and client is very important and begins the moment we connect. I practice at a Christian counseling center, but we will discuss faith only if you choose to include it.
I am dedicated to supporting people with mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, and severe mental illness.
