Whatever it is, we can talk about it. I also offer life coaching and dream work if you're looking to grow beyond traditional therapy. This is a space for healing and moving forward.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health, and I’ve worked in schools, hospitals, nonprofits, crisis centers, and outpatient clinics. That means I’ve met people from all walks of life and have helped with everything from anxiety and depression to identity shifts, burnout, and major life changes. Launching 5/2025
