I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S), licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, specializing in the treatment of sexual dysfunction, sexual pain, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD, and mood disorders. I have a particular interest in the intersection of sexual dysfunction and trauma, and the impacts that has on a person’s well-being and relationships. Additionally, I provide couples counseling to couples struggling with desire discrepancy, communication issues, and the impacts of sexual dysfunction on the relationship.
I am trained in the use of EMDR, have completed level 1 of Gottman Method Couple’s Counseling and am in the process of receiving my Sex Therapist Certification from the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). I operate from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens when treating clients.
My specialties reflect my lived experiences and the healing work that I have done myself. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the most sacred part of the therapeutic process and is at the core of the healing work.
