Hello! I specialize in the treatment of sexual dysfunction, sexual pain, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD, and mood disorders. I have a particular interest in the intersection of sexual dysfunction and trauma, and the impacts that has on a person’s well-being and relationships. Whether you are interested in exploring your sexual preferences, navigating sexual pain, or gaining a better understanding as to why you no longer desire sex, I can help you navigate a way forward. Together we will identify the current barriers, address the impact of past experiences, and create a new path that feels authentic to you.
I am a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, Gottman Method (Level 1), and have training in Internal Family Systems. I operate from an attachment-based, internal family systems, trauma-informed lens when treating clients.
My specialties reflect my lived experiences and the healing work that I have done myself. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the most sacred part of the therapeutic process and is at the core of the healing work.
