Pulling from person-centered, narrative, anti-oppression, ACT, humor, DBT, logotherapy, and existential theories to assist in processing our inner and outer world while designing a tool kit to align actions and values. Not using treatment to dismiss or ignore injustice, learning ways to “dance in the moonlight” in spite of the darkness.
I have worked in various settings focusing on depression, grief and loss, religious trauma, neurodiversity, life transitions, anxiety, spiritual identity, intersecting identities such as race, gender expression, and sexual orientation. As a queer therapist, I am sex positive, kink and poly affirming, and dedicated to supporting my diverse community.
About me: I am a White, culturally Polish and Irish, gender fluid, Pagan, neurodivergent person who enjoys traveling, cuddling with my cat Maggie, spell work, laughing with loved ones, and board games. As a spiritual practitioner, I utilize tarot, astrology, and ancestor work to foster meaning and hope in my own life.
