It has been my life’s joy and work to walk alongside people of all ages who for whatever reason have found themselves in the trenches. In my career as a counselor I have seen children heal from trauma, teenagers gain confidence through challenges, people who feel hopeless find new meaning and purpose in their lives, hospice patients come to peace with approaching end of life, and everything else in between. No matter what you may be facing, it is my belief and experience that each of us have more capacity for hope, healing and lasting change than we may yet realize.
I will do whatever I can to make you feel comfortable, seen, and safe in our work together. I use a variety of approaches in my work that are completely tailored to you, your needs and your goals. I long to facilitate healing from the past, help equip you to make positive changes for the present, and also to nurture a true, enduring hope for the future.
I know that it is a sacred and vulnerable thing to be invited into the griefs, pains, traumas, and doubts of another. I look forward to working alongside you and experiencing growth together!
