In relational work, I use the Gottman Method integrated with elements of emotionally focused couples therapy - rooted in attachment theory. In individual work I may also use Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and elements of CBT to help clients identify patterns, improve communication, and navigate life’s transitions.
