Do you feel like no one would stick around if they knew the real you? Does it feel impossible to let go of the past? My passion is working with teens & clients throughout their lifespan who are in the process of self-discovery and healing. If you are questioning your identity, what you are meant to bring to this world and how to move on from your past - I would love to help you find answers to those questions. I work with each individual to develop a course of therapy that suits their unique needs—there is no "one size fits all" therapy. I also care deeply about developing strong helping professionals through clinical supervision.
I practice an integrative approach to therapy, bringing in a variety of techniques as suited to the individual. Some approaches I draw from include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and attachment theory. I am EMDR Certified and utilize this modality with clients to process a variety of traumas and distressing symptoms.
I believe we all hold deep strength and capacity to heal, but sometimes need a supportive person to believe in us until we can believe in ourselves.
