Have you been struggling with change for a while but you don't know where to start? Everyone has things in their lives that they want to change. Change is hard and won't be achieved instantly, but if you are willing to put in the work (even if it's small bits of effort at a time!) any goal can be achieved. My goal is to help you change your life, no matter how big or small the problem is.
My approach to therapy utilizes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which focuses on changing negative thought patterns that affect how a person's acts and feels, but I also have a lot of experience with processing trauma and grief. I also have a lot of experience working with substance use issues and helping people get sober.
