I have a deep passion for working with people who've lived lives like mine. In early adulthood, I understood myself as neurodivergent, including my OCD diagnosis. The chance to support others with similar experiences is a privilege. I understand that OCD and anxiety disorders are often stigmatized and shamed, which can make it difficult to share these thoughts in a new therapy space. At NOCD, we are specially trained to create a judgment-free space. We deeply understand all aspects of OCD, whether they are taboo, aggressive, sexual, or violent in nature, and can help you overcome your intrusive thoughts
Our deep understanding of its nuances enables us to properly diagnose and treat it, and we have intensive training in ERP therapy—the gold standard for OCD treatment. When you start with NOCD, you'll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preference and availability.
We'll get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Additionally, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
