I am now accepting new clients! (In person or Telehealth available) I enjoy working with people of all ages. I work with kids, teens and adults. I am compassionate and empathetic and very passionate about building a safe space for clients to grow and feel empowered. In my therapeutic work, I integrate modalities, such as CBT, DBT, IFS, Attachment Therapy and solution focused therapy. I have also had training in anger management, substance abuse, OCD, ADHD and domestic violence. I try to tailor my work to each client's individual needs and treatment goals to ensure you are getting the experience you really need and want.

I have experience treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and relational and attachment struggles and disorders. I'm very focused on making therapy a team effort and I want each client to feel like they were able to thoroughly achieve the treatment goals that are most important to them and to their lives.
