Do you ever feel stuck in a cycle of worry and anxiety, like your brain just won’t turn off? Anxiety, OCD, and trauma can seep into daily life, making it hard to stay connected to your values, passions, and overall well-being. As a therapist with lived experience, I understand how challenging it can be to find effective treatment that truly targets the cycle of OCD and anxiety. I use evidence-based approaches—including ERP, I-CBT, EMDR, and CPT—specifically designed for OCD, trauma, and related disorders. I offer virtual therapy in Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina; as well as in-person sessions in South Carolina.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders such as OCD, phobias, and PTSD. As someone with lived OCD experience, I understand the difficulty of finding quality care and evidence based practices that lead to lasting results. Together, we will create a tailored treatment plan and goals to improve your quality of life.
Self compassion is at the forefront of the work I do. Together we will find creative ways to improve quality of life through self-care, holistic wellness, and practical solutions to solve problems.I am an avid runner and health coach in addition to being a therapist. Integrating whole health and wellness is a critical component to my approach in therapy.
