Stress, anxiety, traumatic events, and other mental health concerns can have a profound impact on our day-to-day lives. My role is to provide compassionate guidance and support as clients build their self-efficacy and self-empowerment to overcome life's challenges. I believe people are resilient and are the expert in their life. I appreciate each person's unique personality and background.
As a mental health counselor, I strive to build trust-based relationships and a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients. I also integrate other therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of the individual client. I have received additional training in trauma and LGBTQ+ treatment approaches.
Whether you are looking to manage daily stresses, needing to process trauma, or navigate gender and/or sexuality concerns, there is support for you. I work collaboratively with clients to reduce the impact of mental health on daily living. Contact me to learn more about my services and/or setup an initial appointment.
