When people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to fall apart. I am very passionate about helping individuals through those difficult times. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families with diverse backgrounds and a wide range of concerns using various modalities and skills to provide individualized counseling. I help clients identify healthy coping skills, perceptions of themselves and strengthen their support system so they can identify a new sense of normal.
