Hello! I'm so glad you found your way to my page and I have the opportunity to introduce myself. I'm a trauma trained Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with a passion for helping people live happier and healthier lives. My journey as a counselor for over 15 years has brought me a range of experience working with trauma survivors of all ages; as well as working with children, teens, and adults facing mental health and life challenges. I believe it is important for clients to find a counselor that fits their personality. I combine effective research based approaches with a warm, friendly, southern personality. There is almost always laughter somewhere in my sessions, even on the tough days. Client's should leave counseling sessions with a feeling of being lighter, understood, and valued.
