Hi, I'm Cassie a Holistic Therapist with a passion for breaking the inner rules that keep our lives limited and our bodies stuck. The body truly is our biggest teacher and really does keep the score! It is through experiential and embodied therapies that we can really see results as we free ourselves from a lifetime of holding our breath, tension, and stress so that we can step onto a new path home to ourselves. I specialize in working with Souls of Service (aka other therapists, healers, & helpers), Empaths, and Highly Sensitive humans who are willing to step more into curiosity around their limiting beliefs, patterning, & programming by going inside. We need more skills to thrive! I love interweaving breathwork & energy psychology with body-based somatic healing.
My heart-centered intention for doing this work is to gently reconnect you to that place inside that knows there is a different way to live this life. You don't have to carry everyone's baggage anymore. It is time to rewire your nervous system to allow more places of joy, inner peace, and compassion. We all have the innate capacity to heal ourselves. We have defense patterns in our bodies that inhibit us from showing up fully. Breathwork allows us to release what is no longer serving us emotionally, physically, mentally, + energetically. We tend to “hold on” to things in our bodies on all levels and most of the time we are unaware of how to move it or maybe even understand why we have this block, pain, or stuck-ness. This is a 10-session group that has two options to meet "online" or in person. Reach out for an application.
