Many of my clients are caregivers, helpers, therapists, or deeply sensitive people who have spent years reading the room, supporting others, and pushing through their own needs. Our work gently reconnects mind and body, helping you understand your patterns, restore nervous system balance, and rediscover a more grounded, authentic way of being.
My specialty is expressive - body-based, nervous-system therapy blending somatic work, parts-work, and inner child healing. Less talking in circles, more helping your body actually release what it’s been carrying at the ROOT, so you can feel safe, embodied, and free to live as your true self. You might identify as neurodivergent, empathic, or intuitive.
