We all need a little help sometimes dealing with the stressful situations we find ourselves in. I enjoy working with people struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, family or relationship issues, and school and work conflicts. I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD and am trained in EMDR therapy which I use to aid in the processing of distressing thoughts or memories.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified school counselor with 15 years experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. Having worked as a teacher and school counselor at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, I have helped students and their families deal with a variety of behavioral, social, and academic issues.
