As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals develop coping skills and strategies to thrive past whatever mental health concerns they may be experiencing. I work with children, teenagers and adolescents (7+) as well as parents/families who have concerns regarding ADHD, and anxiety, with experience working with depression and general life-stressors as well. I also am trained to work with ADHD and Anxiety in adults
I provide evidence-based practice for ADHD, and anxiety in a variety of ages, both with the individual in 1 on 1 services and working directly with parents to create meaningful changes in the environment to promote success. Together we will develop a treatment that fits your goals.
