As an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR therapist, I specialize in helping clients process trauma, resolve emotional triggers, and reduce chronic anxiety or self-doubt that feels “wired in.” Many of the individuals I work with are highly sensitive, high-achieving, or exhausted from years of feeling misunderstood.
