I often work with emerging adults, spiritually-minded seekers, or people in the midst of existential or relational crisis.
I also use brainspotting - an off shoot of EMDR and a powerful therapeutic approach that helps clients access and process deeply stored trauma and other strong emotions by utilizing eye positions connected to the brain’s processing centers - which can facilitate healing, emotional regulation, and deeper self-understanding.
