I work with couples stuck in repeated cycles of conflict - where it can feel like you’re having the same fight over and over, even when the topic changes. My work focuses on helping couples slow down and understand the patterns underneath these arguments so they can move out of reactivity, blame, and shutdown into repair and connection. Using an attachment-based, emotionally focused approach, I help partners recognize what is happening beneath the surface, rebuild emotional safety, and create more trust, clarity, and closeness in their relationship.
I also work with individuals navigating life transitions, identity questions, a harsh inner-critic, relationship challenges, and the big, quiet questions about who they are and what matters. I often work with emerging adults, spiritually-minded seekers, people in existential or relational crises, and those exploring psychedelic experiences and integration.
I also worked in the entertainment industry and understand its culture, pace, and language firsthand. This experience helps me relate to the unique pressures, transitions, and identity questions people in these creative and high-demand spaces often face.
