One of my greatest joys in life is being able to assist my clients in achieving their goals. I treat my clients as subject matter experts on their inner struggles while fostering shifts in perspectives that allow my clients to create their best lives. I lead with compassion and create an atmosphere that is free from judgment. As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, chronic pain warrior, and trauma survivor I deeply understand and empathize with your struggles.
I specialize in working with First Responders, Veterans, and their families, especially those living with chronic pain or chronic illness, but am open to any and all clients. I offer individual, couples, and children's counseling on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, PTSD, and coping with chronic pain and illness.
My approach to the counseling relationship is founded on getting “down in the dark” with you and working as a team to guide you to the light. My own journey led me to this helping profession and has made me profoundly committed to serving my clients. I utilize evidence-based techniques to assist my clients on their journeys.
