I'm Cassie DeFeo, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Dietitian in Brunswick, Georgia. I work with adults navigating anxiety, disordered eating, eating disorders, body image struggles, and the stress that comes with major life changes. I see clients in person and virtually throughout Georgia.
What I've found, is that real change doesn't come from insight alone. It comes from building a solid foundation — understanding the patterns driving your behavior, developing practical skills to interrupt them, and creating habits that hold up when life gets hard. I'm less focused on the destination than on helping you master the process of getting there.
My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I'll support you fully — and I'll also tell you the truth. We'll do real work together, not just talk about doing it. I work with adults who are motivated and ready to invest in change. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready to start.
