As a psychodynamic therapist, I believe in healing through understanding. I help my clients get to the root of what is troubling them, with the belief that it is only once a person understands why they think, feel, and act as they do that healing and change can take place. I also care deeply about forming safe and trusting relationships with my clients, in which all types of difficulties can be explored.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief, relationship issues, and behavioral issues.
