Designed for a small group of women seeking healing from betrayal, relationship and childhood trauma, the retreat blends evidence-based therapy, holistic wellness practices, and somatic approaches to support mind-body integration. Through small group connection, trauma-informed care, and modalities like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), yoga, breathwork, and guided journaling, participants experience breakthroughs beyond traditional talk therapy.
