About
**NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** I am here to make the experience of therapy extremely easy and comfortable for you. I help people that may be feeling stuck, lost, or confused find their way again and resolve issues that may be adding stress to their lives. Together, we will identify patterns in your life that you would like to change and develop the skills necessary to change them. My background includes working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, family conflict, parenting, and difficulty with self esteem.
I work with individuals, couples, and families using a strengths based/collaborative process. I use several therapeutic approaches including interpersonal process therapy, cognitive behavioral, and family systems. I am flexible in my techniques and cater them to the individual needs of my clients.
I have had the pleasure of working with many amazing individuals and families, helping them to find strength they did not know was there, or that they had lost. I am committed to providing the best care possible and keep myself up to date with current research and techniques.
