About

Life has a way of throwing changes, difficult emotions, and various stressors that can feel hard to manage. You may sometimes feel like you are lost or broken and unsure how to move forward. My passion and goal is to support and assist clients in managing the stress and changes they face. I believe that building a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space leads to a safe space for clients to learn about themselves, find interpersonal growth, and heal. If this is where you are, then let's get started your journey.
I currently work with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma & crisis, & addictions. Additionally, I also work with general mental health, depression, relationship issues, & self-esteem. I incorporate values through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Positive Psychology, & DBT. I utilize mindfulness, self-compassion, and strength-based approaches.
I respect the personal experiences, emotions, and beliefs of each of my clients. With collaboration and compassion, I hope to provide a supportive hand through your personal journey of growth, self-acceptance, and healing.
