Many of my clients are high-functioning, caring & deeply devoted parents who feel confused by the intensity of their thoughts or emotions, often asking, “Why do I feel this way when I thought this would be a happy time?” I support individuals experiencing mood & anxiety disorders, working through mother wound healing, boundary setting with their family of origin & identity shifts in parenthood. The perinatal period often brings unresolved patterns to the surface. Therapy can be a powerful place to explore & change those patterns. Together, we work to reduce shame, increase understanding, and build practical tools to support you.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative & grounded in both clinical expertise & real-life understanding of the perinatal experience. Common signs of postpartum anxiety and depression are treatable by integrating trauma-informed therapy and bottom-up approaches like EMDR to help regulate your nervous system and gently process distressing experiences.
