I am here to support you in building a life that honors that tender brokenness- your precious scars- and finding beauty and power in that fragility.
I specialize in Perinatal mental health and mood disorders, women’s physical and mental health, family planning, infertility and grief and bereavement. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C), a birth and bereavement doula and have specialized training in traumatic grief and loss.
I have experienced my own devastation, frustration and loneliness in my journey to and through motherhood. I chose to be a therapist because of my personal experience with loss and my deep belief that we need community in this season of life.
