Hello and welcome! I'm Cassidy and I'm so glad you're here. Are you feeling stuck? Have you experienced trauma or struggled in relationships? How about your relationship with yourself? I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples. I support and work with clients who may be struggling with their personal identity, gender transitioning, strained family/romantic relationships, self empowerment/self love, boundaries, and navigating partnerships. I also have a strong focus in working with female/women identifying individuals struggling with anxiety and self worth. I offer sliding scale appointments in person and via telehealth.
Every person and situation is unique. I believe in creating an individualized plan with my clients to support them in achieving their goals. I am a neurodivergent affirming therapist, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity issues, relationship issues, and low self-esteem.
You were never meant to navigate difficult life circumstances alone. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space for growth.
