My approach is psychodynamic, with an emphasis on understanding relationship patterns and the ways past experiences shape present-day challenges. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each client.
I integrate tools from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches as needed.
