Getting into the field in July 2020 has given me a unique set of skills to assist individuals through a range of adversity and trauma. During this time, I've worked with a variety of populations in different clinical settings to gain a wide array of experience. My focus primarily being with adolescents and adults undergoing major life transitions and/or relationship/familial challenges. With you as my guide, we will find the resources you need together. My approach is gentle, warm, and supportive as I assist you to develop tools to cope with your stressors and identifying ways to reduce their impact on your daily life.
My main specialties are in talk and narrative therapies, as well as existentialism. There is power in active listening and formulating a story to processing the impact of adversities. This often reduces their power over your limiting beliefs and helps build an awareness of self destructive patterns to create lasting change and discover your true self.
Starting this process can be scary but I'm here to meet you where you are.
