Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or relationship struggles. Even when things look fine on the outside, internally it can feel confusing, heavy, or hard to move forward. I work with teens and adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change. Together, we explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped your beliefs, while building awareness and self-trust to help you move forward.

Therapy with me is a collaborative and reflective space where we slow things down, make room for all emotions, and get curious about the patterns that keep showing up. I help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, accept their emotions, and respond to life's challenges in ways that align with their values.
