Do you ever struggle to turn your brain off? Do uncertainty and fear keep you stuck and spiraling? Maybe you feel exhausted and frustrated because you want to feel more relaxed and free, but you’re unsure how to get there? I work with adolescents, adults, and athletes who are struggling with anxiety and navigating challenges related to sports performance, sports injuries, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and relationship dynamics. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can reconnect with a more confident, capable, and authentic version of yourself.
My approach is individualized, relational, and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based treatments to help you understand yourself more deeply, process emotions, heal from the past, and cope with the present. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way, clarify goals, and collaborate on meaningful changes that align with your goals and values.
Ultimately, I want to support you in living more wholeheartedly and authentically—with greater joy, connection, resilience, and hope. As Brené Brown says, “Wholehearted living is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness” — and knowing that you are both imperfect and enough. If any of this resonates, I'd be honored to work with you.
