I enjoy using Psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to find the roots of our deepest concerns, change how we can react to them, then build my clients up with skills to overcome these obstacles. I work to help my clients to better balance their lives through validating and practical skill-building.
I offer sessions via telehealth or by phone to offer the most flexibility for your schedule. Our journey begins with a comprehensive intake assessment, where we’ll explore your unique history and the challenges you're facing. From there, we work as a team; we will collaboratively set goals that align with your values, ensuring that we meet your goals.
