I'm trained in EMDR, a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for premarital counseling, and have worked with clients ages 5 and up.
I have a passion to help individuals, families, and couples navigate relationship issues, anxiety, and trauma, in order to live life to the fullest with hope, confidence, and community. Therapy with me looks like a safe space for you to work towards your goals, and an opportunity to shift your perspective so that you can see the problems are solvable!
