Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own for a long time. I offer a warm, supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out or know where to start. I specialize in trauma-informed care and EMDR, which can help with not only trauma, but also anxiety, stress, panic, low self-esteem, and difficult life experiences that feel “stuck” or hard to move through. In our work together, we go at your pace. There’s no pressure to rush or have the perfect words. We gently work to help these experiences feel less overwhelming so you can feel more grounded and more connected

I’m especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community, women’s issues, and anyone looking for a safe, supportive space to explore, heal, and process their experiences.
