I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to healing, bringing in a blend of CBT/ACT, EMDR, IFS, and somatic practices. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, and transitions related to work, school, and family, among others. I have a special interest in working with clients navigating chronic illness/medical challenges/somatic symptoms. It is my passion to create a safe place where clients can heal and grow at their own pace. I am a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner and have experience working with adoptive families.
Trauma and stress can be seen in a lot of ways. I like to create a personalized approach that includes addressing the nervous system from both the body and the brain. It is really important to me that you feel heard and supported as we navigate what is going on for you.
