Supervised by Jeffrey Gallup MA LPC-S. I have experience working with kiddos as young as six, helping them build frustration tolerance, as well as with teens who are navigating difficult life circumstances. I also work with young adults and adults who are facing big life changes, anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, and other mental health concerns. Additionally, I have experience supporting individuals who have recently received an ADHD and/or Autism diagnosis.
I approach counseling from an integrative perspective, drawing from cognitive-based theories, a person-centered mindset, and creative techniques to best meet each person’s unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method — every individual’s journey is different. I strive to make sessions feel engaging, ccollaborative, and tailored to who you are.
