About
I believe that counseling helps others help themselves and is the first step to make the changes they desire. Psychotherapy can help guide you along the path towards self-fulfillment and discovery. My main theoretical approach, as well as techniques used, stem from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a passion to work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, existential issues, and adjustment issues.
My goal as a counselor is to help individuals through challenging moments and experiences in life. I am credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I have years of counseling experience in outpatient, inpatient, college, and community settings where I worked with children, adolescents, adults, as well as families.
I provide a safe, and judgment-free space where I work collaboratively on goals my clients want to accomplish. Psychotherapy sessions are in a comfortable office environment and I now offer teletherapy (I serve the entire state of North Carolina). You can heal, make the appointment today.
