As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I enjoy helping people navigate life's challenges to gain greater clarity, confidence and self-understanding. Many of the client's I work with are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, stress, or feeling overwhelmed. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical, and I strive to create a space where clients feel truly heard. For those who wish, I also integrate faith and spirituality into the counseling process.
Our first session is a chance for us to begin getting to know each other in a relaxed and supportive way. We'll talk about what has been weighing on you, what you hope might change, and what life has been like recently. There is no pressure to share everything all at once-we go at your pace.
