I am accepting new clients for person-centered, somatic psychotherapy. With over 20 years of yoga teaching experience and a decade as a birth doula and educator, I specialize in supporting highly sensitive individuals and those curious about sobriety or in recovery. I presented on "Somatic Dreamwork in Addiction" at the Fall 2024 Association for Creativity in Counseling Conference and have led dream circles and group therapy since 2020. This summer, I am presenting at the International Association for the Study of Dreams Conference on "Somatic Dreamwork for the Female Nervous System."
