Hello! I have eight years of experience working in the mental health field with varying populations and ages, largely working with individuals, children, and families who have experiences with trauma, anxiety, and depression. If you are looking for support with making sense of a trauma, coping with anxiety and daily stress, wanting to process life relationships, hoping to understand yourself better, or seeking support with overall mind and body well being, I am here to help.

I use a person centered, strengths based treatment approach. We will work together to support healing of past experiences and life stories, and create hope and happiness moving forward. Each session space will be centered around what feels most helpful for you in the moment, and on the inner work you want to prioritize on your healing journey.
