Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in North Carolina. I am considered a support that understands the struggles of life and how it can leave you with the residue to clean up. I'm here to help you make sense of the deck of cards that you have been dealt, and work dilgently to help you live an autonomous life!
Within our first session you can expect for me to introduce myself and share what to expect from each session. Following, we will work to complete the clinical assessment that is required for services. Sessions to follow, we will complete the Person Centered Plan and explore what your goals are.
My greatest strength is my compassion and empathy for the clients that I serve. A therapist that combines a caring heart within therapy is one that reach some of the most difficult and challenging clients. I listen without judging and we both explore ways of making things easier and/or better.
