I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York State. I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses, but my passion lies in helping individuals overcome the challenges posed by anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. I work with adults ages 18+. I find immense fulfillment in guiding individuals toward a path of resilience, self-acceptance, and emotional stability.
