I am a trauma-informed therapist with many years of experience working with children, youth, and adults who are struggling with overcoming anxiety, depression, adversity/stress, trauma, grief/loss, and difficult life transitions. I use a client-centered integrative approach to support my clients in healing, self-discovery, and growth within their goals.
I offer free 15 minute consultations and would welcome learning more about you and determining if I can help you with your therapeutic goals. In a first session, I like to focus on continuing to get to know you, identifying and exploring your reasons for seeking out therapy, exploring your goals and allowing you to ask any questions you have!
