I am a fully licensed clinician with six years of experience in the mental health field, working with both adults and children. I am trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy, Play Therapy, and Gottman Method Level One, which I use to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families within the community. I earned my master’s degree from Grand Canyon University.
My graduate training included work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and observation of inpatient crisis units for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
