My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy and helps you discover the root cause of discomfort, distress and dis-ease to heal trauma through interventions including EMDR, Trauma Conscious Yoga, Mindfulness Based CBT, and Trauma Tapping Techniques (EFT). I offer virtual individual sessions, group therapy and virtual or in-home/retreat EMDR intensives.

My experiences with divorce, co-parenting, raising a child to adulthood and healing my own trauma has allowed me to connect in a more meaningful way with my clients.
