For the majority of my career, I have practiced in hospice and palliative care. My experience lies in supporting adults who are navigating both chronic and new illnesses that have significantly impacted their lives and the lives of their families. I also provide assistance with grief and bereavement, helping individuals and families cope with loss and transition.
I specialize in working with clients adapt to the adjustments that come with new or exacerbated medical conditions. I support loved ones in transitioning into caregiving roles, helping them navigate the emotional and practical challenges of caring for family and friends, while processing and accepting the changes these roles may bring to their lives.
