I work primarily with individuals and couples to identify goals to enhance their well-being and empower them to reach these goals using therapeutic models and approaches. I am trained in Gottman (Level 1), EMDR and use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in my work. The combination of these approaches have shown success in my work with clients.
I believe that every client is unique and have different strengths; I help clients in recognizing these strengths to help them achieve their goals. I strive to have unconditional positive regard for my clients as I believe that everyone deserves to be seen in a positive light. I also tend to bring humor into sessions and have been described as lively.
