Hi! I'm Cassandra, and I am licensed to provide therapy in the states of Florida and Colorado. Sessions are held online in the comfort of your home or other private space. I specialize in providing CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), SFT Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) for adults, while integrating models often for those working through trauma or struggle with panic/anxiety. In my practice, I specialize in treating people with anxiety and/or panic attacks, trauma, and stress, with a particular focus on complex and sexual trauma using evidence-based approaches. I have extensive experience providing trauma informed therapy and would love to be there for your healing journey.
